The Vonerful Bio

Who am I? (Whoa, let's not get too deep. Sorry.)

Tim. That's me. I'm a citizen of the United States of America, and if you're not, then I might surprise you. I'm probably a lot like you, except that I pronounce my words differently :)

I live in Kentucky as of right now, though I will be moving myself out to Utah once this summer starts. I've got bigger plans than what I can get done in Kentuka~y. I'm most currently active in my music, though my other interests (some of which are probably evident from the sections I've place in the site) include writing, art (some painting and such, but mostly kept to pencil sketch and digital), programing, web design, uselessly (and chronically) spending my money, and I'll through in photography. The photography is mostly strictly kept to an interest, as I'm in no way experienced in the field.

I'm a thinker. I analyse. I suck at Discrete Mathmatics, though. I'm also artistically inclined, and so I'm not sure that a job in front of a computer screen is going to feel studpendously fulfilling. I'll likely end up doing 3d animation for films, video games, or other sensible applications.

Eh, oh and I speak french. I'm not what one might call 'fluent,' though I lived in a french speaking area for a couple of years, constantly needing to talk to people. Naturally, I had to learn how to interact with the people. I also have a strong interest in the Japanese language. I've only studied it up until this point, so speaking is a little beyond my capacity to make an application. I've kind of got my own personal tutor for that, if I so desire to hound her about it :)

As for my music, which was the main reason for beginning this site, I became most interested late in high school to join a band that comprised several of my friends. Those were good times, though it fell apart after a year and a few months. It was natural. (Well, except that the bassist quit on the gounds that he was joining the military so that he could kill people. 'It's gonna be dope!' he would yell at the top of his lungs during our last band practices together.) So, we spent a year together and honestly didn't have tons to show for it. Sure there were a few recordings, but nothing that we would have given to people at random. If I had to sum up that time period of our lives in a single word, it would be 'deficient.'

But hey, that's alright. Life goes on. I became interested in making my own music once that band ended, although up until then, I had mostly stuck with the piano as my instrument of destruction. Once the band fell apart, I thought it was time to start learning the guitar. I picked up my dad's old acoustic and began to teach myself. Within a few weeks, I had the itch to begin recording.

(This is unfinished.)

Under construction. Yes, still.
